i will definitely recommend Johnathon to those who are looking for IDs to design/renovate their house. I have seen Johnathon’s efforts and dedication in my project – from the start to the end. He was the first of the many IDs who responded my email and he was also the only ID who made a graphic presentation of my requirements during our first meeting. Not only was he empathetic towards my budget, but he had made relentless efforts in revising the quotation several times while minimizing deviations from my original requirements. More importantly, he was consistent and provided regular updates on the progress of the renovation (with pictures sent to my mobile phone in the mornings) – and at the same time effectively coordinating the whole projects and ensued the completion within the tight time frame given to him (which in my opinion, is even more challenging given that our project was carried out close to year end, with many IDs rushing to meeting several deadlines for other projects on hand). Though renovation works have since been completed and we have taken over the house, Johnathon has selflessly sacrificed his own personal time in coming over and helping us drill holes for some of our fixtures (for our portrait on the wall as well as for our clothes hanger behind our doors). We also had some unfortunate experience with the suppliers of our kitchen sink/water closets and though it does not concern Johnathon directly, he has nevertheless rendered his full assistance in communicating with the suppliers and mitigated the displeasures while rectifying the problems/issues in no time. i am fortunate to have met and engaged Johnathon – who has always been responsive towards my inquiries/problems.
