ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Wee Kwang was formerly a scholar with the Building and Construction Authority, graduating with a 1stclass honours in Mechanical Engineering at NUS. A former deputy director in BCA, he was trained in BCA CONQUAS, which is Singapore’s yardstick for construction quality. He also played an active role in promoting the adoption of the CONQUAS to other countries.
Wee Kwang has performed more than 2,000 home inspections since 2015, making him the most highly sought-after defects inspector in Singapore. He was previously featured in Mediacorp Channel 8 Frontline, The New Paper, Asiaone and Shin Min Daily News for his expertise in defects inspection. He has also being invited to speak at various platforms, including SMART EXPO 2016, Asia Pacific Furniture Fair 2016, EXPO Big Furniture Fair 2016, Renotalk events, OrangeTee & Propnex networking sessions and private property clubs, such as Property Club Singapore.
Prior to setting up Absolute Inspection, Wee Kwang also founded and established the defects inspection business in Ark Interior Pte Ltd, an interior design firm which also provides defects inspection services
ABOUT OUR INSPECTION TEAM
To give home owners the peace of mind, we have a dedicated team of inspectors who will inspect each home with the utmost care, as if it is their own. Since 2015, the Absolute Inspection team has collectively conducted more than 4,000 home inspections islandwide, and each inspector has conducted at least 500 home inspection to date. The team is personally trained and led by our founder, Mr Tan Wee Kwang who has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry
