Poor workmanship ,engaging Malaysia subcon to do installation.Using dirty trunking ,lot of excuses when feedback problems to them.
After installing daikin system 2 ,causing me a lot of headache.Alot of cracking noise ,feedback to them simply push to daikin and never bother to send his man down to check with daikin service tech.
Irresponsible company!!!

Very displeased about the service that Air Connection provides.

1. Called them up, informed them to come down for a site survey. Told them to quote me 5 ticks Daikin aircon as well as wanted to control the on and off timing for the compressor.

2. Was then quoted 3 ticks Daikin aircon without telling me that it is 3 ticks until I personally when to check the model of the aircon.

3. Was told to install a $200 timer to control the on and off of the whole system. When we told the tech that we wanted to just control the compressor. And was told that there was no other alternative. Until I found out that there was a cheaper alternative that I purchased from hardware shops.

In conclusion, if the tech can misunderstand what the customer says, then wouldn’t it be bad? imagine the customer said that he/she wanted a 5 ticks aircon, but installed a 3 ticks aircon. who is going to be liable for the aircon? who is going to be liable for the delivery charges and manpower? Was even told to look for another vendor. I wonder if this is the attitude how customer service should be? I’m sorry but, whoever who wish to purchase aircon from this vendor, kindly make sure or rather triple check against what they say. Do your research before engaging them to install your aircon. Do also note that they are not case trust certified. In any case this vendor runs away, be prepared.
