Did a chemical wash with them last year . My air-con have been on and off cold since the chemical wash . Decided enough is enough , I called Mitsubishi to come in and see whats the issue .
To my surprise, Mitsubishi agent told me there is moist in the pipes due to chemical wash and the air-con compressor was not cover properly causing water sipping into the compressor and i need to do repair . They were the only contractor i have use from last year was them. Called them , they denied is their issue and they handle the issue without any professionalism. To cut short, their mistake and i have to pay $1000+++ for repair.
Will never ever use them again !

Very satisfied with the services including good advice provided and have used the services for a couple of years. A big thank you to Kalyn for her prompt follow up on making the arrangements and Yang and the team for their excellent onsite service including good advice on what to do with the old Aircon units and those with minor issues.
