If i were to know earlier how they deal with customers, i won’t engage them. We experienced prompt service only before we made payment, once we made most of the payment, nightmare starts. Causes me sleepless nights, can’t focus at my workplace, and lucky it does not affect relationship with my wife.

What happended? They pushed us untill we made the 3rd payment, after that they start the delay. Very very late reply on our whatsapp group, sometimes they ignore our msg for days without any reply. Gave us 1001 stories. When called, no answer, their reason ‘very busy’. Our house suppose to be ready within weeks max 1 month +, but it ended up many months & still not complete.

When we sounded more strict at the whatsapp group, they start to show gangster attitude, even threaten to sue us in court!

We felt that what happens to us is not worth the free air cond & ‘attractive’ price they offered. I rather pay a bit more to engage other company with prompt services & work.

The subject title sums up what I been through. Long delays of 6 months and beyond with no service at all. Better off I do my own coordination if i can. 3D does not show what I want, workmanship is dependent on the sub cons, not them .

Carpentry Design Works Pte Ltd or Carpentry Interior Works Pte Ltd are one of the superb worst contractors in Singapore.
Do not sign with anyone of them, they are very very unprofessional and after they get money from you, they will start to show off their gangster behavior. Recently they unpublished their page reviews because there are a lot of more bad reviews and peoples submitted the proof of their gangster attitudes. Check their facebook page comments against their posts all are a dummy and fake comments, because they are paying money for shares and likes. Works are keeping delay and delay, a lot of excuses.

Cheats. Disappeared after taking all our payments. Google for their faces and remember them- do not trust them with your money for whatever reno company they’ve changed their name to.

Had a very very horrible terrible nightmare experience engaging them. Empty promises again and again, dont bother to keep us updated with the work progress (its us who keep asking), unfinish handover which took them more than half a year and gangterism replies. Engaged them because of the attractive price and free air-con but it turns out that they will use the freebies as ‘it is worth the wait’ when delay happens. They took more than half a year to get 80% work done.
My house is currently unfinished and they nvr seems to care. Msged and called them to get the things finish but no ans. Will engaged a different contractor to finish up the unfinished work they caused. Vy bad!. If u have 1 yr to spare for reno, u can engaged them. If not, I greatly suggest go for the reputable companies.
