The rating should be 1 only but I promise myself not to “hate” something. So I give a rating of 2. The delivery timing is awfully bad. Real bad. Told them about our urgency one day before, they still arrive an hour late after several reminders. Ended up we are terribly late for our next important meeting and the schedule for whole day is messed up. It’s real real bad. ���
