Worst experience ever with that so call Donkey person whose attitude suck 100% when asked for quotation and also share design with him. He could not accept new ideas, insist on sign up pay deposit than discuss further. Havent even provide anything ask for deposit. Just scam!!! never go to such ID, Its like a hooligan shop, fill of cigarette smell and dark!!!!

It started with errors, lack of supervision & inconsistency that made us lost confident and trust in John (the owner) although he rectified several error area at later stage. Lucky enough Fadhil stepped in later to do a much better work. We were quite dissapointed with owner’s egocentric attitude, businessman mindset, incapability to understand homeowner’s need, providing substandard contractors that cost us time lost and mental stress. We should have chosen Fadhil from the start if u want to go with this company. His good standard, capability and experience are to be applauded.

I chose Chapter One after looking around on Facebook for reviews, and decided to sign up a promotion with them after meeting up with Nizan. In the end, the renovation done was ok, but nothing much to shout about. Nizan did not really help much or propose any new ideas with the design, and all of it came from my ideas even though I am not a designer. Also, throughout the process I was not really kept updated, so I felt that there's definitely room for improvement in the level of service. Although the promotion presented good value for money, this experience left me feeling that there are better IDs out there than Chapter One.
