I was very pissed off with e senior designer during the first meet up at balestier.

Appt was scheduled way ahead in weeks,on that day it was raining so we were 30mins late but we did inform will be late and apologies. When we reach, she was still talking to another client. She said give 15 more mins end up 30 mins we gave her. When we return 30 mins later she is still talking to the client. This was not what pissed us off. She was not ready despite I have send her the floor plan, I have to give us my copy. .When we started talking, she said oh looking at yr floor plan u do cupboards and when I ask in her professional opinion what could be done. She was very rude in her tone to me telling me I should not ask such question. She has to know what do we want and like … I basically wanted to walk out immediately. Online review says she good time manager. I doubt it….can’t even manage appt for discussion. You should be lucky we still stayed to listen and talk. At the end she said she has been talking since 3pm and has been enduring toilet break. Seriously you could have just say u need a toilet break before we start.
