Nothing but trouble from the start. They put in a whole brand new ac system in our house last fall. Within the first week of using it this summer it leaked from the attic through the ceiling of our bedroom. Had water damage. The first time they came out they said the moisture alert was defective. Then I had condensation leaking from the vent in the living room. It took at least 4 times for them to come out and get it to stop leaking. Me having to take time off of work to come home and let them in. It still is not done properly but at least it isn’t leaking anymore. They said they would pay for the water damage but have yet to hear back from them. I called in twice in early October only to be told that they were still looking into it after 4 months. Have not heard back from them since then. That’s why I’m leaving this review. I had to put one star. It really is 0 stars. I just want my ceiling fixed from the damage that their defective piece of equipment caused.
