This company’s service delivery is so incredibly bad it’s unbelievable.

After seeing my review in facebook which they have since hidden, I received a call from their service staff who tried to do service recovery. But she could not even get the basic facts right. She told me my Gubi stools are one week late as the end of 16 weeks from my order is 20 Jan (ordered on 25 Sep) and I’ll be getting my delivery on week of 23 Jan. I told her to please go count again as that is incorrect. Week 16 is 13 Jan, not 20 Jan. The service staff continued to argue that she is correct for the next 5 mins even after going to get a calendar to count. Finally, she managed to count properly and told me yes, I am absolutely right and the order is 2 weeks late.

And regarding my other order of the Montana bedside unit, she said it was ordered on 17 Oct and they will stick to the 16 week deadline. And mentioned that they will try to expedite it to before CNY. I have an email (in addition to a phone call) that shows that the sales associate mentioned they have placed the order (email dated 11 Oct). I called from overseas at that time to inform that to please place the order and I will come by to pay the rest of the money on 17 Oct. The email confirmed that was done. So once again, end of week 16 is week of 23 Jan. And getting my order that week is as per the contract and not that they are doing me a favor by expediting anything at all.
And they offer me a $80 voucher. I don’t need the voucher because no way am I buying anything from them ever again.
