When i decided to sign with DAP Atelier, it was only because their senior designer Kenneth had mentioned to me that when we sign with them, its as though we are handing over the renovation of the house and sourcing for furnishings all to him, having heard that most ID’s only do the renovating of the house only, i was quite skeptical about this “hands free experience” that’s been promised to me.

Amazingly, when we say hands free, i literally only had to make payments when payments are due, everything from the start planning process, to the choice of sofa and furniture for the house, appliances purchase etc were all sourced by Kenneth, and although not everything was as cheap as us spending time to compare shop and shop, we were willing to pay that little bit extra to really have Kenneth do everything for us.

But, whats a renovation process without a hiccup right, we had planned for a full brick wall construction for tv mounting, but after the wall was built, we realised it made the living room too dark, whilst we were pondering the cost and worried about having to spend extra to remove the wall, Kenneth actually volunteered to absorb the cost, as he gave the reason he should have anticipated this as an ID, another plus point for him.

Overall, we would definitely recommend Kenneth to our friends, as not only did he help with the renovation process, his thinking out of the box as well as candidness when presenting pros and cons to us made us really comfortable.
