would like to express my grateful heart felt thanks to my designer – Martin Peh (Alexandra). He understand my renovation budget and yet still managed to deliver the renovation and even exceeding my expectations. Being a new homeowner with zero experience, Martin was very patient in answering my questions. He was also very accommodating with many changes throughout the renovation process. On top of that he also provides great suggestions and ideas, and even helped me to lookout for fine details. I am very grateful to have him as my designer.

Had gone to 7-8 id’s & finally decided on design4space, no doubt they are GST registered but their price is 2nd lowest (the lowest quote that I had is relatively a small id company 2-4 salesperson & doesn’t look professional) .

Workmanship for tiling 90% satisfied, but have to change 2 tiles as their plumber drill & crack the tiles,

Carpentry works is the most impressive as the joining & finishing is great I would give them 95% for it. My kids love their rooms too.

Painting works 85% as they came back 2 more times to touch up.

other than tat everything seems good, thanks Richard & his team for “making my dream home comes true”.
