Desire Houzz is an interior design company in Singapore which started on 8/8/2013. We provide the best designs for Residential and Commercial properties. As an interior design house, we aspire and desire to provide our clients (house owners) with quality workmanship and materials, reliable and professional design consultancy, space planning and project management. Desire Houzz’s team of experienced crew understands that each client’s need are different and unique.

We aspire to build a home that fulfills those needs and requirements. I found my Desire Houzz through the website Qanvast. I did abit of research online but chose my ID based on my feelings that they will do it well. In the end, I was satisfied in some areas while left unsatisfied in others. Overall, it was ok that except some things that I want, they did not do it. However, those were some small details like cupboard alignments, etc. I asked to rectify the issue but was told that they were unable to do so. Throught the process, I feel that the interior designer is not dedicated to his work. You can find the boss in the future for renovation as the boss is more dedicated. Also, the project took longer than the time period they proposed. It was supposed to be done in 10 weeks, however, it dragged to 4 months before everything was completed. I feel that it is not the issue with the firm itself but with the interior designer. If you were to go to Design Houzz, look for the boss. As for glass work, find independent contractors.

Workmanship

Small details were not done to my liking. Was told they were unable to rectify when I pointed them out.

Service

Disappointing. I feel that there’s communication breakdown between the interior designer and the back end office. Messages were not delivered properly.

Value For Money

Price wise was ok, but it can be cheaper.
