We shortlisted a few IDs but our final choice was Raymond from Fineline Design as he was very approachable, friendly and we were very comfortable with him. Throughout, there was not any hard sell and he would listen to our ideas and provided us with professional advise. Raymond was prompt and went the extra mile to change the lock for us when the keys was misplaced. Although the works were not done to our satisfaction and was delayed slightly, Raymond managed to make the necessary changes and make the delay as short as possible Renovation completed in: September 2016 Cost of renovation: $25,000
