Have engaged Floor Xpert to do up my 2 bedrooms. Liaise with Ms Lena throughout the project.
I was early for the appointment for the visit to the showroom and was unable to catch up with her. Nevertheless, she arranged another colleague (sorry, can’t remember her name) who brought me through the products in detail. Ms Lena also singlehandedly carried the flooring samples during the site visit to my place.
Closed the deal (LURF) on the same day. And installation was done today. Although there were some hiccups along the way. Ms Lena without any delay ironed out the issue faced and ensured things ran smoothly till the handover.
Floor Xpert may not be the cheapest (good thing don’t come cheap also) in the industry but in term of workmanship, product offered and being customer centric has won my business over others.
