I chance upon their advertisement in FB. Enquire online and the promptly reply via FB. You just send floor plan, and things u need. mine includes hacking. Went down to their ’tile selection site’ at Kranji. Went through the quotes. I asked them when can they start, they said ‘wait one week upon agreement and the person will call you’. When going through contract, they will go through of what needs to be done, the process etc. But the part where it says LEAD TIME 16 WEEKS was not explicitely mentioned despite it being on paper. SO PLS READ throughly.. Now i paid half of the deposit already, too expensive to back out. So i hope those this is post is for awareness to their potential customer. Will update again after the work is completed.

I engaged them for a reno toilet since early January,
Initially they promised by early or end of Feb .. they kept stalling the project after receiving the payment using the credit card 0% interest I guess they use this gimmick to lure their customers to make full payment . Now they said they will do the project in April I hope they Dnt keep stalling the project.

We just bought a resale flat and everything inside was done up, except the toilets.

We found Frontier’s services on Facebook, and seen that they specialise in toilet works.

Got them to do up both my toilets, and it was really good. Job was completed before deadline and turned out to be very beautiful.

I engaged their services for a toilet renovation. While the work went smoothly up till the second payment, Frontier failed to uphold their end of the agreement. They had a few unfinished works to complete and I had to keep chasing them, and each time I was told the workers would turn up to complete it, they failed to show. Eventually, the workers did show after more chasing. I then texted Marcus to update me on why they had not replaced the partition and I didn’t get a reply. I have been texting him several times and have not been receiving any reply at all. I recently sent a final text saying the toilet door is faulty but still have not heard back from him. There’s has been no official handover of the project either or reply for a month now but they used the before and after pictures as part of their Facebook ads. As I didn’t have the option to leave this review on their Facebook page, I left it as a comment on one of their posts. They not only failed to reply to my comment but deleted it and banned me from the page, preventing me from commenting on any posts.
