GOOD BUILDERS has been constructing and managing projects involving Design and Build, Additions and Alterations, General Building and Civil Engineering works in Singapore since 1982. For 30 years, we have served clients ranging from Institutions (e.g. Government Bodies – (LTA, MHA, NParks, and Town Councils etc.) to private companies (e.g. SATS, ATG Gas Co. etc.).
Our specialisation is in projects relating to Design & Build Procurement methods, Link-way Design & Construction, Alteration and Addition works, Steel Structure Fabrication and Installation works.
Our founder and director of projects team, Mr Vincent Goh, has more than 28 years of experience in the building industry. As a Registered Technical Officer (RTO) and Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) himself, he had worked for 8 years in various institutions and private firms in various positions, such as site engineer, project coordinator, land surveyor and design engineer before setting up the company and bringing it to where it is today.
Our company has a management strength of 5, consisting of professional engineer and project managers. Specialist sub-contractors under us vary from light construction, mechanical, electrical, interior design, painting to aluminium and steel fabricators have a workforce of around 50 workers.
With a strong basis of technical knowledge and understanding in the management team speeds up construction and improves the design the Consultants provide. This leads to faster and better construction as well as several innovations in design during construction.
Moving forward, our focus on R&D is related towards quality green building components like Solar Panel Roofing and pre-fabricated components such as Cross Laminated Timber and Pre-fabricated Pre-finished Volumetric Construction – PPVC.
