Engage them to do our resale flat reno from Joo Chiat branch Winnie and Kelvin. At first was handled by Winnie but she went back to China and pass this project to Kelvin. At first was ok. He mention he has difficulties shortage of man power during covid all we tried to understand and try not to make things difficult. They add additional charges after looking at our house which those part was mention during quotation stage. They asked us to paynow them directly for better cost.

It took almost a year to almost complete everything till today some deflect is not done and they are not replying us. Full payment has make and Kelvin is talking his own sweet time to deal with our deflect.
The whole project we seen him came down around 1-2 times only. i have to stay at home to guide his contractor for most of the installation and reno works. All those reno which done or install wrongly he always trying to push the blame or convince us to accept. Seriously i not sure what I’m paying for ID. Seems like he giving us more stress than help. I might as well engage contractor.
we have to spot everything ourself. We have a lot of stress and argument for this project. Poor workmanship. Their painter sux seriously. My window end up full of white paint and they didn’t even bother to clean up. The last time the painter came down he don’t even use tape. The colours are not even. We Overlay vinyl floor some parts are not even up. We choose full plastering and paint for our kitchen best part is no plastering done at all we have repeating the same issue for very long time. which Kelvin been pushing us to accept and we can’t accept.

First guy came done a lousy work then second time another guy came to redo the plastering. Partition wall either not straight or not even. island top table excess the original dimension. Both Toilet can’t install glass panel due to tile lay wrong dimension. False ceiling installed wrongly. They do their own design not the design we wanted. Again all this issue Kelvin trying to push all those fault blaming Ceiling blaming his contractor or blaming us inform late. He don’t even say sorry for their mistake or find anyways to resolve. The only thing is he will say is ask you to accept or bullshiting how good is he trying to help and rush all etc. Things that we don’t accept he say he will check and MIA.
I’m damn disappointed and upset with their service. We went to their head office to complain as well. They came down things done half way MIA again.

Strongly don’t recommend Hamid and Sons and biggest regret of our life.
They are not cheap bad quality damn sux workmanship. Engage them at your own risk. They are unprofessional giving unnecessary blood boil and stress.

Excellent service and follow up from the team. Affordable reno packages and great in-house carpentry team that can deliver. Great Job!
