Happy Lodge Renovation

We are very happy with result of our HDB renovation with Happy Lodge. We did partial renovation (bathrooms & kitchen with full hacking) of the house while we stayed in to save some cost. Not only the contractor was able to accommodate our requests, they tried their best to go the extra mile to minimize the impact of the on-going work to our day-to-day. Thanks to them we were able to go through the whole ordeal with 2 toddlers in our tow.

And the most important part: the work quality is very good. The tiler was very patient and perfectionist, the electrician was knowlegdeable and willing to listen to our instruction, and so the other contractor workers. But above all, the Project Manager (Ray) is very polite and understanding. Not even once we had to have any arguments/unhappiness when dealing with him. I did see some untrustworthy contractors or those full of excuses before, and that was our main concern initially, but Ray proved us wrong.

In terms of cost, compared to some quotations we got from other contractors, it was more or less the same. But after seeing the actual work and result, we will engage them again in a heartbeat if we ever go through another renovation in future.

Hi bro or sis, I’ve just done up my 5 rms renovation with one of the renovation company in Jurong. The company was referred by relatives. Although they’re small company, but their workmanship, service and package price amazed me, everything done within my budget and expectation. They don’t charge me some of my additional request hence I promise them I will recommend them to anyone who needs it.
