We are new home owners. We looked at a few carpenters and eventually settled on Heng Lai. From the outset, Eugene was very patient in explaining how the works were to be carried out which was reassuring. The prices are also reasonable compared to quotes from others.
The carpenters were professional from the planning phase through to the installation works. Their experience in carpentry is evident in their work. They were also able to work around some last min hiccups during the renovation.
Compared to the usual contractor, eugene was willing to accomodate our extra requests if it is within their ability. It was a stress free and enjoyable experience working with them! �q
