Have been procrastinating writing this review for Brandon and the guys at Herman, but good works and service deserve recognition and hence am finally strapping my ass down to give them the good shout out they deserve.
Bought a dining table, bench & coffee table from them sometime around end of last year. I made 2 trips before committing to purchase and both times Brandon and his crew were friendly and responsive both on-site and over whatsapp. Delivery was also smooth and well communicated.
Couple of days after delivery, i just happened to notice a red ink stain on my coffee table. After informing Brandon, he sent one of his Merry Men down to see if the stain could be sanded off. Failing which he would come by again some days later to take the coffee table back to the warehouse to do a proper sanding and re-varnish.
Couple of weeks later, I started to notice wood dust piling up along the base of the dining table. Snapped a pic and sent to Brandon to which, he just plainly replied that there was probably a presence of wood-eating critters and immediately he mentioned he would drop by to inject insecticide into the legs. He came down twice to do this before deciding to prepare another set of legs which were cured and checked for bugs before coming by one last time to swop out the old legs for the fresh bug-free set.
In all, he must’ve dropped by 4-5 times, and it’s worth mentioning that I live at sembawang, so it’s by no means “next door’
