Dear NURY AQA ASRI, to be fair to us, we have already settled the matter amicably with you. Bob resigned shortly after finishing your project and he did not use his contact number anymore. That explains the unanswered WA. We thank you for your kind review & understanding and we received feedback/complaints in a positive way to improve our services to our customers. Yes, the renovation was smooth, good design but this post is for AFTER THE RENOVATION. TO CARL AND BOB, YES LIKE U SAY 1 YEAR WARRANTY, ITS NOT EVEN A YEAR BUT SPRAY GUN AND PAINTING HAVE ISSUES. WAIT.. WE DID CALL AND U SAY YES WILL MAKE UR WORKER TO COME AND CHANGE AND REPAINT. BUT WHAT DO. WE GET?! NO Response in WHATSAPP.. OH YA THE PAINTER IS NIPPON PAINT EVEN WORST BLOODY RUDE. IF U CAN’T BE A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE DONT ENGAGE CUSTOMER. WE PAY YOU TO GET THIS CS. TO THE BOSS, PLEASE EDUCATE UR TEAM WELL!!!
