I would like to share my experience with all potential customer looking for contractor to renovate your home.
I have a bad experience with Hwa Li Design and build to renovate my home.

When I engaged them to renovate my home, the boss, Michael has promised to provide design and renovation advises and to complete the renovation on time.
After they started to tear down the old kitchen cabinet and 1 of the partition wall, there are no advise given on the design concept or even color matching. When pressed harder on the designer advise, Michael just shock his head and inform that his designer is not able to provide any. After collecting the 10% down payment, Hwa Li informed that due to the high work load, they are not able to commit to complete the renovation as per initially agreed. However, even after that, Hwa Li still chasing for the next payment of 40%. I did not felt comfortable and decided to cancel the agreement before the carpentry work start.
Hwa Li Design and built has a showroom in Beauty world and another shop in Jurong West Street 52.

I would not recommend any potential consumer to engage Hwa Li Design due to their poor delivery of promises and lack of professionalism.
