After sales service is lousy and unprofessional. Tardy replies, never respond to calls after the workers damaged aircon unit.

Came across letscool in fb and decided to give them a try as my aircon not cold at all. 2 guys came and give it a check stated that my aircon motor inside is spoilt , and the advice they give if I change the motor the price is not worth it . BTW my aircon has been with me 17 years, so it’s time to change all. After much discussion I decided to change all brand new and Jackie arrange installation time and date for me. Before installation, Jackie came up and take a look at the piping layout to assure everything in order. On the 16 Feb , 2 guys came and do the installation, they are very professional and they finished the job around 2 and half hour which is very fast. Mr Teo also came up to see to make sure everything is OK . I am very pleased with their service and will continue to use them to service my aircon in future. Keep it up the good work and service. Thank you Jackie and Mr Teo.
