LetsCool Aircon and Services

When I came across Let’s cool in the FB, I was thinking how good is the services n how much will they be charging for chemical overhaul as my 2 split units are very dirty. Hence I PM them n almost within minutes, they replied my queries in the Facebook message. I kept asking numerous questions but they patiently answered all my questions.
Hence I decided to give it a try. Before that I was using another company , the price was quite ex but services not bad. But only got chemical overhaul.
On the day I booked, Jackie n his team came down. After they assessed my 4 units, only the 2 which are very dirty will be cleaned. So I asked how much will it be for chemical overhaul. Jackie very sincerely told me that no need to overhaul, just chemical wash will do. Which is almost half the price for chemical overhaul.
Hence the team carefully dismantled the cover n wash it. With their dedication to service the aircon, they did a very good job in washing both my split units without getting my rooms dirty or very wet. They had their special equipment which will drain the water into a pail n overall my floor was not wet just some water droplets. After servicing Jackie help to clear the droplet even though I said no need.
After the chemical wash, immediately I can see the different as the fin n the rollers of the air cons are very clean n the room is much much cooler now with a higher temperature set.

Value for $ : 9/10

Will I engage them for their service again?
YES!!! Of course. And I will intro my relatives n friends to engage their services.. really value for $$$$…
