There was a sale post and one of the dining table + bench I was eyeing happened to be on discount. So I dropped them a msg, all ready to make payment so that I can secure the table I want. But I was told to make an appointment to come to their showroom instead. Appointment was set a week later, my earliest available weeknight. I thought, wow this place is so thoughtful, making sure I see the product and like it before my purchase. But to my horror, after rushing down from work with my fiance, the girls from Martlewood told me: oh that set was sold ytd. Perhaps when we confirmed the appt earlier today you guys could have told me that the table was already sold. I live in the west and I do not drive and I really appreciate the rush hour commute, thank you very much.
