Elden Lim squandered our $100,000 spends his time deleting negative but true comments on social media
Class act of deceit by founder of the firm.
27 June 2019: Paid design fee
23 September 2019: 25% upon confirmation
5 October: 40% upon commencement of work
7 October 2019: Renovation commencement day 1
19 January 2020: Delivery of carpentry (LITERALLY 2 PARTS OF THE HOUSE, PARTIAL)
23 June 2020: It has been a year since we had met and engaged Elden/Minimo/Laaab to furnish our matrimonial home, and more than 8 months since our renovation commencement, our apartment is left hanging
Our calls and texts have gone unanswered, eventually blocked our contacts. Elden squandered our money and threw his partner under the bus by not releasing funds to complete our project.
AVOID SOMEONE WITH ZERO CONSCIENCE LIKE ELDEN LIM/MINIMO AT ALL COSTS!
@Renovation Review team, documentation like contract and photos can be supplied for verification to support my claim and review.

Deleted customers comments on fb. Boss Elden exited from grp chat. Id Beny Ang Kah Hwee and jake tong missing in action. Issues not explained and Rectification not done. Company uses carpentry with unacceptable level of formaldehyde, causing harm to customers but are nonchalant to this.

Company uses carpentry of unacceptable level of formaldehyde, causing harm to health of customers. Reno was dragged twice with no air time for carpentry and paint. Id was nonchalant when highlighted health issues pertaining to the paint used. Boss Elden exited from group chat. Id Beny Ang and project manager jake tong are nonchalant and unresponsive to msges and calls. Rectification not completed with master toilet nonfunctional.
