Prima Seal Waterproofing

caused some of my tiles to appear whitish, despite rigorous cleaning by the staff after the treatment was done. some chemical stains on the toilet bowl and basin i have to clean myself, which is time-consuming and energy-draining.

I engaged their service after searching on Google on no hacking of tiles waterproofing method. At first I was quite sceptical on this , but decided to give it a shot.
Jason from Prima came down and did a site survey. I was actually convinced by him when he accurately pin point the issues.
His team and him were pretty professional when executing the works. After allowing the chemical to cure for 3 days… I did notice the leak stop.

Jason was the first to respond over the phone. He was very prompt and responsible. I was also impressed by the good attitude by all their Staff, including Leon, who came to inspect my place. Approval process was done over email and they were very thorough in explaining the process. I am absolutely impressed with their workmanship. Highly recommended. Price is also very reasonable.
