The best reno after making survey. Good workmanship, honest especially Mr Manso, even after the previous 3 Id left, Mr Manso did a great job by contacting my husband. My bto flat almost completed. Well done!

My husband and I opted to overlay our bathroom tiles to cut down on the time needed to renovate my tiny bathroom. We live in a 2-room flat and we have pets that rely on that one and only bathroom – hence our decision for an overlay instead of hacking away existing tiles.
But guess what…
Our pipes and toilet bowl were removed on 25 April. The tiling work started a week later, on 3 May. Nope, you guys didn’t care our lives were disrupted, didn’t even pause to think that, “Hey, this family relies on that bathroom, perhaps I shouldn’t remove their water and toilet until it’s time for the tiling works to begin and then do an efficient job so that the family does not have to make camp somewhere else longer than necessary.”
Tiling ended on 5 May. Nothing happened on 6 May. No removal of debris, no measuring up for the bathroom door, no delivery of toilet bowl, nothing. If we don’t chase, nothing gets done. My husband and I have even decided we will paint the pipes ourselves, fix the bathroom accessories ourselves and fix the light and ceiling ourselves. Because if we were to expect a complete job done by you guys, this entire project might end only on Hari Raya.
I’ll reiterate. We live in a 2-room flat. This renovation for our tiny bathroom is taking almost as long as the complete renovation of my previous 4-room flat in Bishan.
I picked you to lend my support for Malay entrepreneurs, to help boost my community. But I’m left extremely disappointed. Right now, I don’t even care if your people finish the job or not. Because even if you don’t, I know there are capable people out there who can deliver a decent job for what I pay for.
