To all members looking for ID to renovate your house, please DO NOT COME RENO DIARY. They are not professional but project coordinator, why spend so much money to get ugly interior design, poor workmanship, so many defects and their designer is pure rude. Got my house not ready after 4 months, full of defects, I’m prepared to go small claims tribunal against this bad company.

the company i’m reviewing is My Reno Diary Pte. Ltd. UEN 201629511E HDB ref HB-06-5633F; not to be confused with other companies of similar name. as of Jun 2022, this company has accumulated 12 demerit points (24dp = suspension). Person in charge (PIC) liaising with me is Evon – she is unresponsive after hearing the budget nor does she wish to send me any quote. a simple “no can do” would suffice if the budget – as publicized in their website – was inaccurate. nevertheless, it was a terrible experience…
