I WAS a satisfied customer till the (not so) recent spate of events ran my patience thin.
It has about 6 months since we raised the issue of a non functional data point in our master bed room. Response I received from my ID (which I hope not to name) has been lackadaisical. Till date, it has not been fixed.
Full payment has already been made in June/July and I believe ample time have have given. This is not a demand for a refund or monetary issue but a trust in your profession.
Hence, I would like to formally escalate this issue for your attention and his matter to be resolved ASAP.
I would gladly provide more information/evidence if required and I look forward to your reply.
