Our renovation journey was a Breeze..no major hiccups and issues at all..and the house is finally done up nicely and beautifully now! A big shoutout of THANKSSSS to Shermaine and Ethan! Ethan started things well on the right foot and was very responsive in answering our queries before the renovation has commenced.
Once the renovation commenced, Shermaine (Xuemin) was very dedicated, efficient, meticulous, and patient to follow through the whole renovation…she gets things rectified very quickly (just need to mention it to her once and tadaaa is done!) and never fails to go the extra mile to get things done! I just have to pop by my hse every week to see the progress, and let her run it throughout…that’s how assured I feel working with her.
Since my husband is away and I have to oversee the renovation myself, Shermaine has been really very reliable and patient to see through the whole journey and giving me updates regularly.
Bottomline is that she is extremely dedicated and passionate about her job, and I hope to see her become more and more successful in helping homeowners realise their dream home! Thanks Shermaine!!!!

Pretty disappointed with the service. Visited their office before CNY with our floor plan of our EC. Spoke to 1 of their designers. Listed our concerns and budget. He promised to call us back after CNY which we could understand. But till today, we have not heard anything from him or the company.
