A big shout out to Louis and James for a job well done and their continual efforts in creating pockets of delight towards us, as a client, throughout the entire renovation process. Our first comment as a couple was, “Wow they are really enthu” in terms of taking photographs and updating us via our group chat. This made us feel like we were part of the whole process, on site, which is both comforting and rewarding when ever we get to see the results of each milestone. Every renovation has its own hiccups and we admit that there were times whereby we almost felt embarrassed to ask for our various modifications, after creation. But they have never failed to rectify and deliver in a prompt and decisive manner. Last but not least, a big THANK YOU to Louis, James and The Wooden Platform for delivering the project on time and going the extra mile in ensuring that our home is presented in its best way possible.
