I have engaged them to do water proofing for my roof in the wet kitchen. Ceiling of my wet kitchen is not very big. after less than 9 Months, water leakage caused my wet kitchen ceiling board to collapse! They claimed that they did not do the entire ceiling but that portion which was leaked. Based on the fee quoted, it surely should not be that small spot for water proofing!!!! Water proofing has to be surely done for at least the wet kitchen ceiling. They are totally not professional when problems occur, thinking only to shield responsibility!!!!!! Their work is incomplete and what we say “偷工减料“. Please do not use such unreliable contractor as you never know what they have done on your roof to ensure even basic safety!!!!
