U-Home Interior

After being recommended to U-Home, I was very unsatisfied as it was a shitty job done! Finishings were not done properly in many areas. When I went to review my house and pointed out the problems I found, they told me that I was being too fussy. My doors were disposed without my knowledge, despite me telling them not to throw it away. Installation of the toilet’s bi-fold door was shitty. The bi-fold toilet door they installed was old, damaged, scratched, and with rusty hinges. Cupboards were not done properly. When taking over the flat, paint drops were everywhere on the floor.
Tiles were damaged by them when installing the toilet doors but they told us that it was our fault. When I requested for them to replace the tiles, he told me that he is not doing charity work. This was after we had paid them. Service was really BAD. We even had to supervise them while they do their job. The renovation also did not complete on time. Passed them the key in November and only got it back in March. I did not expect the renovation to drag for so long.
I will definitely not recommend anyone to U-Home. 1, they do a shitty job. 2, I felt that they are blood suckers. 3, staffs are very irresponsible.

We were impressed with U-Home Interior’s service from the moment we went down to their showroom for a discussion. They took the extra step of providing us a comprehensive drawing instead of just rough sketches, and that helped us better visualise what they could propose to us. During the actual renovation itself, Mavis has been incredibly flexible to our requests where she would accommodate to the changes that we made along the way. On top of that, she would propose additional ideas to us from time to time whenever she came up with better ideas on how we can enhance our home designs. Mavis takes pride in her designs, and we really like the design that she has done for our home. 6 months time the line, Mavis remains professional and she is only a call away when we needed her help to do some touch-ups.

I researched online to look for interior designers and after comparing the design sketches by 3 companies, I liked the one which was done by U-Home the most. U-Home had some good reviews about them online, so I was compelled to engage them. Even though my renovation involves an overhaul of the house, the works were finished within a month’s time! Mavis, the interior designer, handled the renovation procedure really well. She was prompt to respond to any issues so that allowed me to have a peace of mind, rather than stressing over the renovation.
