Mike yap is no longer with our company

I never wanted to write this but I am left with no other option. It’s Terrible. They are worst at management especially. They claim that they follow professionalism but they literally don’t. The packing team came to our house a day before shifting. They packed everything very efficiently and we were really happy and satisfied. Few things they were suppose to pack on the day of shifting. They gave us 2 o’clock time for the next day and they assured us that they will move everything before 5 at the new place, as after 5 management at new place don’t allow lorries to come in. Next day they didn’t come. We both took leave from work. Mike was coordinating with us. He didn’t bother to pick up the phone also. Then his lame excuses- the moving team is stuck in the traffic. As per him, the team remained stuck there for More than 3 hours. Come on man, we are also not new in Singapore. We know how the traffic is. Then he called up and asked us to shift tomorrow, it was height. The new tenant was almost on the door. Then we called their head office and they sent the other team. And it was almost 8 by then. The team was very efficient and helpful. But they are terrible at management. We forgot everything, whatever happened, because at last we were finally at our new abode. We never had any hard feelings and let go everything.
But now again the same thing happening, I have been calling them since last 2 days to pick up the empty cartons, as they were suppose to. Either they are asking to do it tomorrow or fake promises. I don’t know when their tomorrow will come. Nobody is there till now. It’s still piling outside my main door.
I am never going to hire them in future and never going to recommend them to anyone.
