I will like to share my experience after I have engaged this ID, Creative Director: Feyen Low from Wall Street Interior Pte Ltd. The whole project had been dragged for almost 6 months. Within this period of time, the contract stated that there will be on site supervise, but when whenever I went over to recce, no supervisor was there except for some blagadesh workers.
During this period of time, I have spent more then what I was been quoted/signed as per contract. I am regretted to have engaged Feyen Low with his inexperience advice in Renovation industries and services that have been provided by his company (Wall Street Interior Pte Ltd).
Upon unsatisfactory completion of the project, no hand over document have been provided even though I have requested from him. Total estimated cost for 5 rooms project @ Waterway Terraces 1, $40,000.
