The technician was punctual and polite to work with. Unfortunately he could not solve the issue as the problem we faced (apparently it is caused by mold instead of word lice as claimed) still exists. Our wood furnitures were mostly marked with permanent watermark and that was not pleasant even though it was claimed not to be the case on the outset. All in all a pretty disturbing, ineffective and expensive experience.
