This aircon repair service provides advice to customers on the cost of repair for air conditioner breakdowns. It also helps to evaluate the condition of the equipment and advise on the most economical solution.

Scope of Work:

• Troubleshooting of faults in air conditioning system
• Prepare service report on fault(s) found and recommended repair action(s)
• Prepare appropriate quotation on repair parts required
• Explain and educate customer on finding and recommendation

AIRCON CHEMICAL CLEANING

Aircon chemical wash involves a very thorough overhaul of the air conditioning unit. This service is needed when a general cleaning of the aircon unit does not improve the condition.

Scope of Work:

• Disconnect electrical contacts and refrigerant piping
• Dismantle of fancoil unit from wall
• Dismantle of cooling coil and fancoil parts
• Chemical washing of cooling coil and washable parts
• Reassemble and reinstall of fancoil unit
• Connect electrical contact and refirgerant piping
• Check control and thermostats
• Test run system

YEARLY CONTRACT SERVICING

The contract package comprises of either 3 aircon servicings per year (for Tri-yearly Contract) or 4 air con servicings per year (for Quarterly Contract) at regular intervals.

The aircon servicing includes cleaning of the indoor fancoil and outdoor condenser, clearing of the drainage piping (to prevent water leaking problems) and general checking of your air conditioning system.

Scope of Work:

• • Clean & check air filter, front panel & cover
  • Check deodorising and purifying filter
  • Clean & check indoor evaporator coil
  • Clean & check indoor drainage tray (Wall mount fancoil)
  • Vacuuming of drainage pan (Ceiling mount fancoil)
  • Vacuuming of drainage system
  • Brush & check outdoor condenser coil
  • Check fan bearing and lubricate (if necessary)
  • Check compressor suction and discharge pressure
  • Tightening of electrical contacts

*Above scope not applicable for ducted fancoil.
