10 months after our renovation is completed, we have a toilet choked pipe issue. We got in our own plumber and when we told Jordan about the problem, he immediately offered to refund us the amount and said if we informed him earlier, he would have sent in his own plumber. This is excellent after sales service! Throughout our whole Reno process, while we did have issues here and there, Jordan was always there to resolve the issues.
