“I’ll be very honest. I was rather impressed, as normally having plumbers to come to visit is a hit or miss affair, probably why there is lack of loyalty amongst customers. The plumber Mr Tan was punctual and very polite (arriving at 9.40am). He was very friendly over the phone, tried to diagnose the situation according to the photos I’ve sent him and conveyed over phone. He also explained on how he is going to repair our leaking pipes.
