We engaged MELISSA QUEH from 3D innovations to reno our 4 room resale flat.
She is very irresponsible and very very very dishonest.

(1) Initially, we asked her for the per square feet cost for flooring, then she told us the price. After we kept calculating, the price does not tally. So we told her that her floor area calculation was wrong. And she “mis-calculated” TWICE. So highly likely, she lied to us about the price per sq ft and charge us higher. If we didnt check, we would have been conned of more than 1k.

(2) Then she introduced us a so-called electrician to do our electrical works. This electrical guy’s quotation, is more than 500 bucks more than the market’s electrician.

(3) She also brought us to OSK lightings at Lion Building to choose bathroom stuff and lightings. ANOTHER CRAZY QUOTATION. We managed to find market seller, at least 1k cheaper.

(4) The 3D drawings she gave us was wrong also. The room walls was wrong.

(5) When renovation started, as we wanted to DIY a structure in the new house, we put some materials that we bought in our renovating house. Few days later when we went back, something was missing. When we tried to ask her, she say her workers did not take it and she say we cannot put things in OUR HOUSE. She ask us to pray that her workers dont do anything stupid. She say she is not responsible for whatever than happens during renovation.

(6) And many many other problems.

DO NOT ENGAGE HER FOR YOUR RENO. YOU WILL REGRET FOR LIFE. and we are dealing with this.
