James from B-Two was recommended by a friend of mine, and I decided to go along with his recommendation. However, I was left slightly disappointed with the works done. There were several carpentry and tiling areas which had defects, and James and his contractors had tried to rectify them but they are still there. Obviously there were issues with the workmanship of some of his contractors. However, to his credit James was prompt and provided after sales service to us, and we appreciate that. I will still recommend James as he is a trustworthy designer, and most of the materials used were of good quality.

Design
The overall design did not turn out to be as expected from the drawings, so I found that slightly disappointing.

Workmanship
The materials used were good but there were minor workmanship issues.

Service
The service was prompt and James is trustworthy.
