BZ Interior

I was recommended to BZ Interior by a friend and engaged them hoping for the best. However, in the end the experience left me dissatisfied. The overall quality of renovation is quite bad. First off, the flooring suffered from poor workmanship. Electrical wiring and works were also not installed properly. And also, the ceiling design as discussed with Russell also did not turn out as designed. Throughout the course of the renovation, I was also not being provided with consistent updates of the progress. I will definitely not recommend BZ give my bad experience.

I was approached by BZ and engaged their services for my home renovation. In the end, I had a very bad experience with my ID John Yang. The works constantly delayed and even stopped halfway through the project. Also, I felt that I was being overcharged for the lighting works. BZ charged me $20,000 for it when the market price is only a few thousand dollars. To make things worse, the aircon installed was faulty and I had to reinstall it myself. I was also shocked that I was not provided a remote control for the aircon, and in the end, I had to purchase one myself. I will not recommend anyone to engage BZ after such a bad experience.
