I had an system 4 unit install 3 years ago, now the aircon trunking condense a lot of water.
I start using other aircon servicing company and when they start explaining then I realise it was because of very very poor workmanship in the installation.
What was causing the condensation was – 2 copper pipes run within one thermal insulation, insulation is not the standard 3/8 inches, thermal insulation was pretty thin. Between wall peneration the copper pipe was bare with any thermal insulation. Now have to get all piping replace..

TLDR,
So, if you want cheap and have the luxury of time to wait for a decentralised company to get the job done, you can save the money as how i did.

However, if you want a clean job, one day job and everything is done swee swee. I think you may want to find big companies or you have to try to “talk” to the supervisor and chase the office workers.

This is my honest review and im actually a real person rather than other reviews. Do check properly.
I engaged CT Aircon services after receiving a flyer and due to the reasons below and as of 13 Nov. Im still waiting for the supervisor to get the job done.

0) First thing first, im installing aircon for the first time and do not have any experience. No one in the company gave advice except for the aircon installers themselves. 2 young men.

1) Salesman is good, Price is Definitely one the cheapest in the market. For a system 4 outdoor unit and 3 x 12000BTU indoor. Its super cheap. I saved $500. Told the company to come down for assessment, they say no need. *Note: Insist for then to come make an assessment beforehand.

2) To schedule appt, the staff Cindy called me and tell me to pay at least 80%. I asked if pay full can faster anot? They said yes, so i paid them in full but i was stupid, no evidence because used phone call. *Note: do not pay full so they may expedite. I ended up waiting from 23 Sep all the way to today.

3) Scheduled an appointment in Oct but was cancelled due to one of the workers having Covid Positive. Benefit of the doubt given. I wait.

4) Next, From the onset, i already said i require full installation as there was no existing aircon or pipings, including electrical works. When they came last week (6 Nov), the workers advised what to shift and all because no assessment was made before hand. I ended up have to shift so many cupboards which could have been prevented if they came down. Today (13 Nov), the 2 young chaps shocked that the company never ask electrician to come down to run wirings. They quickly called the company and asked me to call the person who settled the sales. I have no idea too because so many people from the company calls me. company try but electrician sick and there are no back up electrician.

Now, my aircon are fixed up but i cannot use them. The young chaps wanted to collect money from me, as instructed by their supervisor, for the upgraded parts that i requested and never pay for yet. I refused because my aircon is not even fixed, properly. Its a half-done job and the supervisor thinking im stupid for the second time, still wants to collect money from me. The personnel who asked if i wanted to upgrade is Yvonne.

5) The young chaps are very hardworking. They come and give advice properly and is the reason for 2 stars. They installed the aircons nicely. They are really workers who get stuck in between their bosses.
But the office staff are not helpful at all. This is especially so for the supervisor who is always MIA/”trying his best” to solve problems.

6) Today, i have taken many days of leave so that im home for the workers to work. Im still waiting for my aircon job to be finished with the electrician. I hope i dont have to lodge a complaint.

Overall, very decentralised.

Reasonable price , good service. Just install new Mitsubishi air conditioner for my bto hdb at sembawang. The salesgirl(Gladys) very polite & patient explain air conditioner function. No hard sell. Highly recommended to all.

Bad service and bad company. They hook you up with their discount and do a poor installation work which results in leaks and water infiltration.

No words can described how expensive this air con company air con packages offer in market. Use free air con servicing free voucher to tie consumers for future servicing. Normal servicing per fan coil $50.00 . Damn damn expensive. If system 3 will cost $150.00 where outside standard charges at $95.00. No more next time for me
