Great customer interaction ! Thumb up for their excellent service, workmanship and totally worth what I paid. They are very sincere in advising me the colour to choose when I told them the rough idea of the furniture or paint colour I had selected. Floor Legend also ensure that the quality of my vinyl is of the highest. The showroom also display those very lower grade vinyl sold by other shops.. Immediately you can tell the difference of the cheap vinyl.

Came to know about their products through facebook, and purchased my flooring with Kenny. Worksmanship is top notch, and customer service excellent. Was served packet drinks and product well explained in showroo.. Kenny took the effort to liase with my hdb contractor for the cement screeding to ensure floor is level before they come to install vinyl flooring. This extra step convinces me why they have so much positive reviews on facebook. Highly recommended!

I made several queries with afew vinyl sellers. Floor Legend came out top. Afew shops I went offered me a low pricing but either the addon costs went way much higher or even trick me to going to their shop by giving a low price for a lower grade vinyl thickness. At floor legend there is nothing to hide price is upfront and I paid what i get. The price I paid was valued for money and the job done on my floor by their in-house workers is fantastic. I would Definitely recommend them to anyone. Ron attended to me and his colleague Kenny assisted. Both are patient and despite a few delays in my renovations work. They even made trips to visit my place to ensure that vinyl can be laid. I am very happy with the results for the money I paid. I am unlike others who are merely a shopper but yet make a bad comment. It just shows how difficult this person is.

Pathetic customer interaction service is the first word that comes to my mind. To share my experience…
Came to know about Floor Legend from Facebook and the positive reviews on their Facebook page, led me to consider them for our requirement of vinyl flooring in our new house.
I had started my interaction with Ron via Whatsapp and the same was quite responsive. He helped to answer my queries and provided a quote for our requirement. Based on the same, we arranged for an appointment with Ron. To our dismay, a few mins before out appointment time, Ron sent a message that Kenny would meet us in their office. With this change in arrangement for the first meeting, we were still expecting a reasonable service.
We reached the office and Kenny was there. Without any introduction, he directly took us to the place where their samples were displayed.
Without sharing any further info on the product or even initiating a discussion with us, he just asked “Which colour are you looking for?” in a rude & unwelcoming tone.
We told him we haven’t come to see the colours available instead we have come to see the product offering and understand more on the same, he responds “What do you want to see?”
Further when we enquired about the skirting quoted and the material for the same, he just reverted by saying “What do you want to know?”
Further trying to talk to him and share with him the expectation we have for the meeting, he just cut short by saying “I can only show this. If you don’t like then you can leave!!!!”. AND HE EVEN POINTED TO THE DOOR!!
Seriously, How can a service-oriented business with customer as the core even treat a potential customer like this???? Our experience was totally contradicting to the reviews we read.
If I had the option for not giving any star rating, I wouldn’t have to think twice. Unfortunately, the least you can rate is one star. No doubt, they have been blacklisted with us and we would NEVER recommend them to any of our family or friends.
DON’T GO TO THEM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RESPECTABLE VINYL CONTRACTOR.
