Ho Ho Engineering

Honestly, I was choosing between Ho Ho Engineering and MOD for my toilet, room door, window and grilles. At first, I wanted to choose as Ho Ho as the pricing is cheaper but I saw this link. I was quite worry. I was share my finding with my coworker and families hoping they will make me will the decision. Choose Ho Ho and save $400 plus or MOD.

In the process, I found out something interesting. My mother bought her gate from Ho Ho Engineering more than 10 years ago in Tampines Walk way and our old gate is still doing fine, a bit of paint drop off but consider good. She still kept the old invoice. She only buy $319 back then and she told me other company sell it for $500 plus. She was a happy customer. My lunch buddy, Joanne, also bought her toilet bifold door at Singapore Expo 3 to 4 years back for $238. The door is still in good condition and Joanne told me the saleperson recommended her to buy the better quality one instead of the $188 and she is very happy with the product.

With that I went back to Ho Ho Engineering armed with my Mum old invoice and the fact that I saw some negative feedback about them.
The Sales, Michelle, was a very nice and professional girl. From the old invoice signature that my mother was in fact a customer of Jennifer, one of their most experience Sales Staff who has worked more than 20 years. When I ask her about the negative feedbacks, she said we are an old company that has been so many doors and gates. We bound to make mistakes but if we are that bad, we will not have survive 41 years. I show her my mother old invoice and she thanks me for coming back and gave me a $30 discount with free magnetic stopper.

She urges me to try their services and I accepted it. I promised her if I was given the good service. I will write the positive feedback for her.

My mother does not use the computer and Joanne is too lazy to express my positive feedback so thank you Ho Ho for your service and good pricing.

I made a purchase of their Supreme Bi Fold door for my kitchen weeks ago. The installation was done on 26 July 2016. During the process of installation, the workers from Ho Ho Engineering damaged my wall. (Please refer to attachment 01 and 02). When i spoke to the installer about it, he actually told me to buy a white paint to paint it?!!! When i feedback to the Person In Charge, Miss Jennifer, i was told that their worker will return later on the same day to rectify the damages. I waited on and nobody came and no one informed me they will not be coming. The next appointment was fixed on Friday 29th July 2016. No timing was given by them prior and i took a day leave just to make sure i won’t missed them. Again, nobody came. And when i called them, they repeatedly tell me that they will contact their worker and get back to me on the timing. But never once they called me back.

When they finally came yesterday 1st Aug 2016, their worker came with a silicon gun to do patching on my concrete wall???! (Please refer to attachment 03 and 04). Immediately i called the person in charge Miss Jennifer and follow up with a email. Till now, I have yet to receive any call or email from them. They always say they will call me back shortly or in 30 mins but never once they called me back. It is very frustrating.
