Thanks you Louis and Joyce Lim from Homeland Group for helping to make our house a home. Homeland Group recently renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms. We had met with several renovation companies but were most impressed with Homeland Group’s showroom. Their guidance and expertise helped us to realize the look we wanted. We followed the process from start to finish and were very impressed with progress and the quality of workmanship. There were a few occasions when things didn’t go exactly as planned but Homeland Group were always there to help put the project back on track. When our renovation project completed everything was on time and within budget. I highly recommend Homeland Group for all your renovation needs.
Surojit and I found our dream home after a long wait, lot of research and viewings. So when we wanted to choose a renovator and designer, we put in as much effort and due diligence as we did in finding our house. We had very specific design ideas in mind and we needed someone who could advise us well, be cost effective and suggest changes or alternatives where required. After shortlisting 3 designers (all recommended by friends) and getting detailed quotations from each of them, including doing preliminary discussions to understand how they will implement the ideas, we chose Louis Lim from Homeland Design, primarily because he was proactive and had a very good technical knowledge. He executed our ideas flawlessly, was flexible in changes with minimal impact to schedule, did multiple trips to give suggestions on tiles etc that we chose on our own, gave apt suggestions where required, made changes quickly if a particular execution did not meet our expectation and was patient with the multiple requests we made. Most importantly, the workmanship was excellent and he completed the work on time. Any follow ups that we had were take care of. Above all Louis has a great sense of humour and you will enjoy renovating your dream home with him!
