Designer (Kenji) is very irresponsible. Payment was made to their company but nothing was delivered. In the end back out the project and not apologetic at all. Feedback to his boss who is even worst in attitude. Not even behave and speak professionally in communicating with customer. After all we are glad that we did not continue the renovation with this company. Totally have no trust in them. To Kenji and your gangster behaviour boss, you should know how irresponsible and unprofessional you are.
