My wife and I engaged Liang Wood Design for our 5 storeys house in Sembawang.

Our contractor Mr Seah is a very experienced and seasoned contractor.

Throughout the renovation process, his team was very responsive and patient with us, they are also always trying to give us the best advice.

They were very honest and forthright when managing our expectations, ensuring there isn’t any miscommunications, avoiding any empty promises which is very important to me as these qualities build trust.

He has a group of self groomed carpenters who are very experienced and passionate about their carpentry works. They will polish and furnish their woodworks till they themselves are satisfied, despite working over time.

Overall, we love our new house very much and everything was completed and handover to us within the schedule that was agreed.
